In Nagaland, music and performing arts are vibrant expressions of the state’s rich cultural heritage. Similarly, dance, theater, and storytelling showcase Nagaland’s cultural tapestry, often celebrated during festivals like the Hornbill Festival.

To preserve and promote this heritage, the Task Force for Music and Arts (TAFMA) was established by the Government of Nagaland. TAFMA provides resources, training, and opportunities for collaboration to local artists, amplifying their presence both locally and globally.
